Allow me to introduce Illinois "Noisy" Smythe.

Noisy originally lived in the 16th century and was reincarnated in the 1920s. He loves participating in ren fairs, fan conventions, craft fairs, and other events where he can hang out and talk with customers. Noisy spends most of his time at his portable workbench, making whips throughout the day, answering questions, showing off his merchandise, and occasionally cracking some of his whips.
